Where possible participants will be accommodated in 4* & 5* hotels and it is accepted that not all participants can be accommodated in one hotel each night. Allocation of rooms will be done on a first registered basis.

A 100% Cancellation fee will be applied where a Client cancels his or her Registration from 15th January 2022 onwards, as this inhibits The Cape 1000 from making such Registration available to another client
